Returns
Order not quite right? Returning it is easy.If your clothing doesn't fit or isn't quite right, send it back to us within 21 days for a full refund or exchange. Here's how:
1. Just use the returns form and label that came with your parcel (it'll be on the front with the invoice), attach the correctpostage and pop it in the post back to us. If you aren't including the returns form, don't forget to send your contactdetails and whether you'd like an exchange or refund. It goes without saying, of course - please make sure the itemsare unused and unworn, with any tags still attached.
2. Emily in our customer care team will send you an email and confirm that the exchange has been sent or the refund hasbeen processed. Did you receive the item as a gift? We will need to contact the gift-purchaser if a refund is requested aswe will refund their card. Here's the address in case you have mislaid the label and returns form or don't have it handy
