Our 'just in case' returns guarantee
Just in case your purchase doesn't fit or you're not fully happy with it, you can return your order, at any time within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange.* We'll exchange it for something else or refund your money, provided, of course, that the products are returned in the condition you received them in. For obvious hygiene reasons we can't refund or exchange earrings.
Gift notes. Refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser. So if you decide to exchange an item, the purchaser will be informed. But we're sure if they love you they won't be offended.
*If you buy the products as a Christmas gift (between 1 November and 25 December), you have 30 days to return it. That's our take on the festive spirit.
How do I return my things?
1. Drop us a note at hello@babeswithbabies.com to let us know that you will be returning your order. Please return your goods in the same condition you received them: unwashed, unworn and in the original packaging, with all the tags still attached. Please make sure to mention the reason for your return and please give as many comments as you can. We'd really rather know if we got something wrong.
2. Attach the sticky label provided on the despatch note/invoice to the parcel. If you're not the type who files everything, and don't have the label anymore (or if you received it as a gift) just send the parcel to:

3. Please take your parcel(s) to your nearest post office. Please note that we can't refund return postage. Should you be sent a faulty item, we will of course reimburse you fully. We strongly recommend you obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the post office, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. For peace of mind you might want to send the goods as Recorded Delivery, but we're afraid we can't refund this charge. You may want to make sure you have sufficient insurance cover, especially if you're returning something valuable.
4. We'll write to confirm your return has been processed. You will receive your refund or exchange order (so long as it's in stock) within 2 weeks after you post the goods back to us.
